For the final project, we had to combine everything we learned during the semester to create an animation that included dialogue. This was definitely the most complex and time-consuming out of everything we did. At first, I decided to animate the scene from Lilo & Stitch where Lilo is listening to Elvis Presley on her record player. I was going to change what she was singing so the animation would be original. However, due to time limitations, I had to change my project idea. With the animation I ended up doing, I didn’t add as much movement to my characters so they look a bit stiff, but again it’s because I was running out of time. I focused more on getting the mouth movements right, rather than their body movement. Head and body action would’ve made the animation flow better.
